नमस्कार दोस्तों आज हम बात करेंगे आवंला नवमी की कथा के बारे में ,यहाँ हम आपको आवंला नवमी के बारे में संक्षेप में बताएँगे - एक राजा हुआ करते थे जिनका नाम आवंल्या था ,इनका आवंल्या क्यों पड़ा दोस्तों क्यूंकि इन्होने व्रत रखा हुआ था की जब तक ये सवा मन आवंला का दिन नहीं करेंगे ये भोजन नहीं करेंगे तो दोस्तों राजा के इस प्रकार दान करने को देखकर उनके बेटे और बहु के मन में ख्याल आया कि इस प्रकार तो सारा राज्य का धन लुट जाएगा और उन्होंने उनके पिता राजा से ये बात कही ,राजा ये बात सुनकर अपनी रानी को लेकर वन चला गया ,वहां उसे भूखा रहना पड़ा क्यूंकि उसका व्रत था की जब तक सवा मन आंवला का दान नहीं करेगा वह भोजन नहीं करेगा ,उस दिन वह भूखा ही सो गया।
जब भगवान् विष्णु ने देखा कि उनका भक्त व्रत के कारन भूखा सो रहा है।
तब भगवान् विष्णु ,माता लक्ष्मी के साथ वहां जाते है और जितना राज्य राजा ने छोड़ा था उससे दोगुना उसे महल और बगीचे बना कर देते है जिसमे बहुत सारे आंवला के पेड़ लगे हुए थे।
उधर दान न करने के पाप के कारन राजा के बेटे राज्य पर आक्रमण हो गया और उसका सारा राज्य चला गया।
वह भटकते हुए एक दिन राजा के राज्य में आ जाता है और काम मांगने लगता है राजा अपने बेटे को और बेटा अपने माँ-बाप पहचान नहीं पाते है क्यूंकि उसने तो सोचा था कि ऐसी स्थिति में उसके माँ-बाप मर गए होंगे।
एक दिन रानी की सेवा करते हुए बहु ने देखा कि रानी की पीठ पर एक तिल है देख उसे अपनी सास की याद आई और रोने लगी ,रानी ने पूछा तो उसने सब बताया फिर रानी अपनी बेटे और बहु को पहचान गई।
और उन्हें समझाया कि दान करने से धन कम नहीं होता बढ़ता जाता है।
